During a December 18 livestream, Mario creator Shigeru Miyamoto gave fans a preview of Super Nintendo World at Universal Studios Japan. The immersive Nintendo-themed land opens February 4, 2021. Mr. Miyamoto also confirmed that Super Nintendo World is coming to Universal theme parks in Orlando and Hollywood.
In August, we reported that Super Nintendo World construction had begun at Universal Studios Hollywood. In Orlando, Super Nintendo World will be located at Universal’s Epic Universe, which is slated to open in 2023.
